Paul holds the Managing Director of AWN since May 2018, when he became the region’s first full-time senior leader. In 2019, he has played a key role in integrating the acquired CAPA business and brand into the wider AWN business. Prior to joining AWN, Mr. Burton was Director of Content and Asia-Pacific Business Development at Jane’s by IHS Markit
He specializes in commercial aerospace and defense leadership, with a strong focus on strategic development and delivering projects that exceed the needs of senior clients throughout Asia and Europe

Dr Ravi Guttal
CTO & Sr. Vice President, Engineering & Quality, Aequs
Dr Ravi Guttal is a veteran of over 25 years in product management and technology development. He has steered research, innovation, NPI, operations, strategic planning, business and market development for Fortune 500 companies and reputed research and academic institutions
He has the distinction of setting up the Asia Technology Innovation Center and the JD Technology Center for John Deere in India, the Centre for Innovation and Product Development for KLE Technological University where he is currently also the head of MSME, the KLE Tech University Incubation Center and the Intellectual Property Facilitation Cell and Product Design Centers.
Dr Ravi Guttal holds a Master of Science in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon University, USA, and a Doctorate in Computational Mechanics from Rensselaer Institute, Troy, NY.

Dr Zheng Guoying
Vice President of Additive Manufacturing Development Centre (AMDC), ST Engineering
Dr Zheng Guoying is the Vice President of Additive Manufacturing Development Centre (AMDC) at ST Engineering, a global technology, defence, and engineering group with a diverse portfolio of businesses across the aerospace, smart city, defence and public security segments. Dr Zheng has served in various senior roles in her two-decade-long career with ST Engineering.
She is a member of the Singapore Additive Manufacturing Technical Committee and contributes to the development of performance standards for industrial additive manufacturing across Singapore. She is a Member of IStructE (UK); Charted Engineer (UK); Fellow of IES; Member of CoF IES; Charted Engineer of IES Aerospace Chapter and Committee Member of Aero Chapter IES She has published a number of research papers, filed more than 10 patents with seven granted.
Dr Zheng holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Applied Mechanics, Master and PhD of Engineering in Solid Mechanics, from Xi’an Jiaotong University.

Khairul Aswat Abdullah
Innovation & Technology Senior Manager, Aerospace Composites Malaysia
Khairul is a Senior Manager of the Innovation & Technology Department & Lean Office at Aerospace Composites Malaysia, which mainly focuses on New Technology, Process Improvement, Cost reduction & New Business Roadmap.
14 years experience in Aerospace Composites Manufacturing with Boeing JV Company (Aerospace Composites Malaysia) since 2007. Started his career as a Senior CNC Programmer before getting promoted as Production Manager. His passion & dedication to engineering & technology make him believes the key to the success of the program was by optimizing material consumption, introducing better process, minimizing waste, introducing the latest automated factory solution & enhance professional work culture.

Stefan Roeding
General Manager, Stratasys
Stefan Roeding has more than 20 years in the Aviation industry and provides Additive Manufactured aerospace part solutions to airline & MRO customers around the globe. He joined Stratasys in 2019 and has taken on various roles relating to industrial AM Applications.
Prior he worked 8 years for one of the largest SB in AM with a focus on automotive and aviation Jigs an & Fixtures as well as serial parts on production with metal AM. He managed a high-end manufacturing site for jigs & fixtures in Singapore for more than 10 years with relevant certifications (EN9100 and ISO 17025).

Ankit Sahu
CEO and Founder, Objectify Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Ankit Sahu has pursued his Bachelor of Engineering, 2010 in Mechanical Engineering from RV College of Engineering, Bangalore and his Master of Science in Manufacturing Technology Engineering, 2012 from Warwick University, UK. He founded Objectify Technologies right after returning from UK in 2013, at SIIC Incubation Centre at IIT Kanpur

Thomas Schmid
Automated Solutions Sales Support and Channel Management - Hexagon
Thomas has a degree in surveying and mechanical engineering from Switzerland. Furthermore, he graduated from the National University of Singapore with an executive Master of Business Admiration. Since 2012 he is working in various roles at Hexagon with a focus on the Laser Tracker business. Since 2017, he holds Product Line responsibilities in the KAI and Japan region. Recently, he picked up an additional global role where he takes care of the Automation Sales for all Hexagon products.

Vice President for Sales & Smart Manufacturing Business Unit, KAI region (Korea, ASEAN, Pacific and India), Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence division
KK Goh is Vice President of Sales & Smart Manufacturing Business Unit for Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence division in the KAI region (Korea, ASEAN, Pacific and India). KK leads the Hexagon's Smart Manufacturing and Digitisation Solutions for major industry sectors like eMobility, Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics and MedTech related projects in the KAI region. KK holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from University College London.
The first stop had successfully registered more than 680 people across the globe
